After realizing Holy Rome was slowly fading, Germany decided to give him some of his land to save him but under some conditions. "The deal ist-- you get my land. But it's for a price. I don't want you chasing after Italy anymore. I don't want you to try to take over from here. I'll give you some land on those conditions." Germany said. "I-I need time to think about this...." Holy Rome replied. "You don't have the time to think about it. Do we have a deal? If you violate the deal, I will take away your land."
"Look, I don't know if I can stay away from Italy. I love her."
"You're going to die if you don't agree to the terms"
"Is it worth living if you can't be happy?" Holy Rome asked. "You will find someone else." He said. "You're disappearing. It's a slow und painful death. You need to make a decision." The fading empire frowned and thought for a moment. "......fine." He held out his hand for a shake then they both shook hands in agreement.
